THE PURPOSE OF THE DRIVE-THRU HOLIDAY PARADE IS TO BRING JOY AND CHRISTMAS CHEER TO THE CITY AND COUNTY OF MIDLAND AND OTHER SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
