Odessa, Texas/January 6, 2021-On Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at approximately 8:55 PM, Odessa Fire Rescue and Odessa Fire Marshals Division responded to a structure fire located in the 2500 block of E. 2nd St. The structure is an abandoned multi-family dwelling and was being occupied by several transients. The building sustained major fire damage. A female on scene was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. She was identified as 37 year-old Antonia Martinez and was arrested for ARSON-F1.
