Odessa, Texas/January 11, 2021-On December 26th, 2020 at approximately 1:24 pm, Odessa Police responded to the 100 block of West Odessa Street in reference to a theft. Investigation revealed that an unknown male subject jumped over the complainant’s fence and took her cell phone. The suspect then fled the scene eastbound towards Grant.
