Odessa, Texas/March 2, 2021-The Odessa Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Jose Luis Hernandez, 22 years of age(date of birth 04/18/1998), who is currently wanted for three counts of Indecent Assault “Class A Misdemeanor”.
The Odessa Police Department recently responded to indecent assaults that occurred at three separate locations in Odessa. Investigation revealed that the same suspect inappropriately touched three female victims. Through the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Hernandez.
Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, OPD detectives obtained three indecent assault warrants for Hernandez.
