Odessa, Texas/March 8, 2021-An arrest has been made in connection to an indecent assault investigation. Jose Luis Hernandez, 22 years-of-age(date of birth 04/18/1998), turned himself in on Monday, March 8th, 2021, and has been charged with three counts of Indecent Assault “Class A Misdemeanor”.
The Odessa Police Department recently responded to indecent assaults that occurred at three separate locations in Odessa. Investigation revealed that the same suspect inappropriately touched three female victims. Through the course of the investigation the suspect was identified as Hernandez.
Based on the facts and circumstances presented during the investigation, OPD detectives obtained three indecent assault warrants for Hernandez, who was charged and arrested accordingly.
