Odessa, Texas/March 19, 2021-On March 17, 2021, an unknown male subject stole a vehicle in the 4200 block of North Dixie and later committed a hit and run with it in the area of 31st and Roger. Original Summary: OPD is investigating a motorcycle crash that occurred on the North Service Road of Highway 191 (east of Faudree). The driver of a white truck struck a motorcycle and fled the scene without meeting necessary legal requirements. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious bodily injury. Anyone who recognizes the white truck shown contact OPD at 432-333-3641.
