ODESSA, TEXAS/AUGUST 18, 2021-THE WEST TEXAS FOOD BANK BEGAN ITS FOOD TO BACKPACK PROGRAM. VOLUNTEERS FROM THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND VOLUNTEERS FROM THE ODESSA COMMUNITY PACKED BAGS OF FOOD FOR ELEMENTARY AGE SCHOOL KIDS TO HAVE A NUTRITIOUS MEAL DURING THE WEEKEND.
