Odessa, Texas/September 22, 2021-On Tuesday, September 21st, 2021 at about 6:35 pm, Odessa Police and Odessa Fire Rescue responded to a deadly incident involving a pedestrian and train.
The investigation revealed that 63-year-old Ruben Munoz Jr of Odessa was struck and killed at a railroad crossing at the 100 block of N. Muskingum by a Union Pacific train headed westbound.
No other injuries were reported. The investigation continues.
