Odessa, Texas/November 5, 2021-Paul Garza former CEO of the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was arrested earlier this afternoon without incident.
According to the affidavit, Garza was charged with unauthorized transaction for the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Transactions were made over a period of 6 months for an estimated total of approximately 52 thousand dollars. Theft of Property, 2nd Degree Felony.
Paul Garza was booked at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
