The City of Midland hosted the Texas Municipal League Region 4 quarterly meeting at the Odessa Marriott and Conference Center. Representatives and guests connected during a networking and social hour before the meeting began.

JJ Rocha, Grassroots and Legislative Services Manager with the Texas Municipal League, served as the keynote speaker for the TML Region 4 meeting. Ms. Rocha provided municipal representatives with an update on the recent special session of the Texas Legislature.
