Odessa, Texas/May 7, 2022-The Ford Automotive Student Service Education Training also known as ASSET celebrated the first class of graduates to complete this two-year specialized training.

Odessa College Automotive Technology students began their training in August of 2020 during the COVID pandemic, graduated Friday evening, May 6, 2022 at the OC Sewell Auto Tech located at 2425 East 8th Street.

The students alternate between learning in the classroom and gaining hands on experience at a Ford or Lincoln Dealership over a 24-month period.

Students who successfully complete the two years in the program, will have earned an Associate’s Degree, valuable in-dealer experience and Ford certifications.
