Odessa Fire Rescue and EMS are part of an interlocal agreement between the City of Odessa and Ector County. OFR is responding to calls for service in West Odessa during the day and night. One option to help West Odessa residents is to create an emergency district and fund it by some type of county tax levied on the population of West Odessa.
