Odessa, Texas/October 31, 2021-A homicide occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, October 31, 2021 in the area JBS Parkway and East University.
Two suspects involved in the homicide evaded police in a vehicle and were finally stopped and detained at 3rd and Moss in west Odessa.
The investigation is ongoing.
