Odessa, Texas/November 4, 2022-On November 04, 2022, the Odessa Police Department and Odessa Fire Rescue responded to a Major Crash at 1025 W Monahans. Officers found a man suffering from severe injuries. During the investigation, officers determined that this was not a traffic crash and is being investigated as an intentional criminal act. The officers determined that a known suspect intentionally used a vehicle to commit an assault against the injured person and multiple people inside of the residence. The apartment was severely damaged during this incident. Following this assault, the suspect fled the scene and abandoned the vehicle.
Officers and Detectives are currently searching for the suspect and the investigation is still very active. The Odessa Police Department has obtained several felony warrants for William Earl Crayton Jr.,31 years of age.
