Odessa College/November 9, 2023-Odessa College held its annual OC Honors celebration luncheon at the Odessa Marriot Hotel and Convention Center. The event featured guest speaker Noel Quiñones, founder of Project X, a Bronx-based arts organization, he is a 40 under 40 Rising Latino Stars Recipient, and a member of the 2019 Intercultural Leadership Institute cohort.

Noel Quiñones a recent graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Masters in Fine Arts, he has performed on stages across the country including the Lincoln Center. His work has been showcased on Huffington Post, Vibe, Latina Magazine, Univision and elsewhere.

The Odessa College Honors presented the 2023 Honorees: Outstanding Individual- Chris Cole; Outstanding Business-First Basin Credit Union; Outstanding Non-Profit- Permian Strategic Partnership; Community Impact Award-Andrews Independent School District; Outstanding Educator-Dr. Scott Muri.
