Cybersecurity Training in Midland, Texas-DRB Media Communications Digital News

Midland, Texas/August 28, 2022-U.S. Representative August Pfluger recently hosted a Cybersecurity training at Midland Shared Spaces, for business owners and employees, community and non-profit organizations. The focus of the training is how to protect their businesses and organizations from ransomware and cyber threats.

The event featured Chad Adams from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. During the training session Chad Adams revealed the various types of cybersecurity threats that currently exist.

During the training, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency encourage companies and organizations of all sizes to be pro-active in finding solutions through training and software to protect their data and other important information.

Odessa, Texas/June 13, 2022-The Odessa Police Department is offering an active shooter response training program for residents, businesses and organization called CRASE-CIVILIAN RESPONES TO AN ACTIVE SHOOTER EVENT. OPD has been offering this program to the community for about 5 years.
