Donna Kelm ECRW Club President Running for Ector County Republican Chair

Odessa, Texas/December17,2023-Donna Kelm, President of the Ector County Republican Womens Club announced her candidacy for Ector County Republican Chair now that she has acquired the needed 10% of the precinct chairs signatures to be eligible to run.

If elected as the new Ector County Republican Chair, Donna Kelm will be responsible for 38 precincts, which is all of Ector County.

When elected Donna Kelm plans to reach out to the Secretary of State of Texas to make sure that all information regarding Precinct Chairs in Ector County is updated.

Donna Kelm hopes to remain as Ector County Republican Women Club president, if she is elected as Ector County Republican Chair.

When elected as Ector County Precinct Chair, her first order of business is to close the chasm that exists within the local Republican Party.

Donna Kelm will be on the March 5th Ballot, and she will begin campaigning early in 2024, and plans to visit residents, send out mailers and call voters.

Ector County Republican Women’s Club November 2023 Luncheon

Odessa, Texas/November 22, 2023-The Ector County Republican Women’s Club recently held their regular monthly luncheon at the Odessa Country Club. The event featured: Dr. Dana Myers, Vice-Chairman of the Texas Republican Party, Kit Whitehill, President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women and David Luther, President of the Texas Republican County Chairs Association. The ECRW presented Leonor Burton, practicing Messianic Judaism, and representative of THE HOUSE OF THE WAY, began the November luncheon with a prayer in English and in Hebrew in solidarity with Israel.

Kit Whitehill, President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women represents over 100 Republican Women Clubs across the State of Texas, with over 11 thousand members.

Ector County Republican Women’s Club Presents Landgraf, Sparks and Pfluger at August Luncheon

Odessa, Texas/August 26, 2023-The Ector County Republican Women’s Club recently held their August luncheon at the Odessa Country Club. The ECRW was excited to present to its membership and guests State Representative, District 81 Brooks Landgraf, State Senator, District 31 Kevin Sparks and U.S. Congressman of the Texas 11th District August Pfluger. 

Topics covered were issues with the EPA regarding emissions, the continued illegal migration and the southern border and property taxes.

Representative Brooks Landgraf addressed the handicap parking issues that people with disabilities are experiencing, and the lack of issuing citations and fines by local law enforcement

Ector County Republican Women Club Welcomes Sherronna Bishop “America’s Mom” and Dr. Scott Muri, Superintendent of Schools-ECISD

Odessa, Texas/May 18, 2023-The Ector County Republican Women’s Club held their monthly meeting at the Odessa Country Club. Members heard a presentation and school updates from Dr. Scott Muri, Superintendent of Schools at Ector County ISD.

Dr. Muri informed the Ector County republican Women’s Club, that the State of Texas currently has a 32.5-billion-dollar surplus that school districts across the state would like to get a portion of the budget surplus.

Ector County Republican Women’s Club Hold All Red, White and Blue Mixer Event

Odessa, Texas/April 29, 2023-The Ector County Republican Women’s Club held a community outreach mixer at Homemade Wines in downtown Odessa. The membership welcomed guests and visitors to the All Things Red, White and Blue event.

Odessa, Texas/September 22, 2022-The Ector County Republican Women held their September 2022 meeting and luncheon at the Odessa Country Club. The meeting featured three guest speakers James Beauchamp, Kit Whitehill and Stephen Robertson, Executive Vice President of the Permian Basin Petroleum Association
