Odessa, Texas/April 13, 2022-The Young Professionals of Odessa hosted the school bond PAC presentation at the Complex Community Credit Union Training Center. Odessa residents were invited to the luncheon to hear Dr. Scott Muri, Superintendent of Schools at Ector County ISD and Loraine Perryman present facts on the school bond proposal and upcoming school bond election in May 2022.

The Young Professionals of Odessa is reaching out to those professionals that have children going to or entering 

ECISD, by providing information on the proposed new high school.

Odessa, Texas/February 18, 2022-The Young Professional of Odessa hosted “Cocktails With A Candidate” at the Copper-Roseville venue in downtown Odessa. The purpose of the mixer is to introduce young professionals to candidates running for local political offices in this election cycle.

“Cocktails With A Candidate” mixer was sponsored by the OEL, Odessans For Ethical Leadership, a non-partisan organization that focuses on the economic development, future progress and the wellbeing of Odessa.

The Young Professionals of Odessa and the Odessans for Ethical Leadership plan to continue the partnership bringing awareness to the issues that are affecting the City of Odessa and finding positive solutions by educating the public with accurate information.

Odessa, Texas/January 24, 2022-The Odessa Chamber of Commerce recently hosted the Young Professionals of Odessa Kickoff Mixer at the Ellen Noel Art Museum. The goal of the networking event is to encourge membership to the Young Professionals of Odessa for those professionals 21 to 40 years of age.

Professionals, community leaders, City and County representatives, as well as members of the Black Chamber of Commerce of the Permian Basin attended this yearly event.
